you can lead guided tours

Time: as required

Opportunities occur from time to time for volunteer tour guides. Some groups of walkers, Probus and other community groups ask for guided tours of different parts of Kooragang Wetlands.

Kooragang Wetlands also organise discovery tours for smaller informal groups of people (5-15) around topics such as: Intertidal Zones, Bush Foods, History of Ash Island, Birds of Kooragang Wetlands, Frogs, Wetland Rehabilitation - so if you have experience and skills in any of these areas please join our team of experienced volunteers. Or if you enjoy working with people, have ‘the gift of the gab’, are prepared to research the particular tour topic, carry a first aid kit, sunscreen, insect repellent etc. We would love to talk to you!
